Davis Wright Tremaine The Intellectual Property Practice Group in the Seattle office of Davis Wright Tremaine is seeking an attorney with a minimum of three years experience in litigating patent and other intellectual property matters.  The position will involve all phases of litigation of patent infringement cases, as well as related intellectual property issues.  Technical background and admission to practice before the USPTO desirable.
