State Senator Lance Mason Appointed to Cuyahoga CP Bench

State Senator Lance Mason will have soon be vacating his seat in the General Assembly to accept his new appointment to the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court bench, effective August 25, 2008. Judge Mason will take the seat formerly held by retired Judge Lillian J. Greene. Judge Mason is a busy attorney who, in addition to serving in Columbus, maintains a private practice at Baker & Hostetler. Click here to read Baker's Press Release on Judge Mason's appointment. According to the Ohio Supreme Court's Press Release, Judge Mason's history includes service as a Cuyahoga County Assistant Prosecutor and as a litigator at the U.S. Department of Agriculture in Washington, D.C.
