You might think you have seen it all, but then you go into Chapeau Antiques
in the Neumann Leather complex on Observer Highway in Hoboken and see 5 people hard at work applying what will be 40,000 that is forty thousand eggshells on wood panels that will eventually become the walls in a room in some wealthy home owner's home in New York. This is just one of many companies that may be forced out of Hoboken with the most recent wave of redevelopment. That will be a sad day for Hoboken.
