If you are a Certified Structured Settlement Consultant seeking alternative employment, apparently a factoring company wants you, for a job in Franklin Tennessee. Here is the link to the advertisement

The Job requirements:  "High school diploma and a minimum of 4years of experience analyzing financial income security; structured settlement tax benefits; alternatives for use of funds; stock market indexes & bond markets; financial advisors taxable/tax-free rate of return proposals & associated risks experience and CSSC certification".

That's only part of THIS story.

The SuttonPark Capital contact for the career opening is listed as Josh Wander, formerly of Structured Asset Funding, who is currently a co- Defendant in a civil suit by his former company  (see Structured Asset Services, LLC et al v Joshua C. Wander, individually, Marlon G. Oddo, individually and 1341 Capital  LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company  Circuit Court for the 17th Judicial District of Florida Broward County Case: 100-011122 CACE (04). The complaint in that case alleges, among other things, that Wander "planned and implemented a kickback scheme with industry brokers wherein the commissions paid out by SAF to the brokers were artificially inflated, enabling brokers to kickback a portion of the commission to Defendants".

The complaint also alleges that Marlon Oddo is part of the SuttonPark set up. Oddo notoriously made salacious allegations against SAF President Michael Asseff in his answer to the complaint this Spring, as part of his affirmative defenses. All of these were famously stricken June 28, 2010, after Oddo purportedly admitted in deposition testimony that he was not even present to witness the acts he alleged and hence could not have any first hand knowledge of the truth.

The first amended complaint also alleges that Wander induced Rhonda Bentzen to breach her "employment contract" to exclusively place structured settlement (factoring) deals with Bentzen Funding Solutions, a  SAF affiliate. Bentzen lives in Franklin, TN, which ironically is is the situs of the new job opportunity.
