Fun blog posting from reporter Tony Mauro of the Washington Legal Times, on the appearance of Justices Stephen G. Breyer, right, and Clarence Thomas at a House hearing on the U.S. Supreme Court’s annual budget request.

Amid a discussion of whether the court should allow television cameras, the video-averse justices suddenly found themselves live on the internet, via a Texas congressman’s pocket video camera.
