"Cash Settlements Now" Bull Sharks in The Water Circling Your Clients

Shark_fin_md_clrLook out now but some "loan sharks" are now calling what they do "cash settlements".  A website at www.cashsettlementsnow (dot)com**

The black dorsal fin belongs to the cowards who own the website but have used a private registration on Godaddy.com. A call to the company's toll-free number revealed that the "company" is based in Minnetonka, Minnesota. I went to the Minnesota Secretary of State website and did a look up. There is no such company as Cash Settlements Now registered with the state.

First of all what these folks do IS NOT a settlement and they should not be permitted to to engage in the false advertising that it is.

Next, does the American Legal Finance Association (ALFA) sanction this behavior?
