"Cash Now Pusher" States That "Chain Of Brokers Take Cut out of YOUR money!"

By John Darer

ADVERTISEMENTS

As if it was bad enough to have absolute proof that Bentzen is locked at the hip with a "cash now pusher" Structured Asset Funding we now have a competitor who imply that the kick back to structured settlement broker model from a "decent factoring company" may not be as good for plaintiffs as Bentzen then advertised.

We know what 5% of the industry does not do, but very little about what the remaining 95% do (since few disclose their factoring activity), except that upon information and belief many of those who call themselves settlement planners do refer business to Bentzen AND she has stated that 90% of those people take her kickback. Please read on!

"Cash Now Pusher" Fairfield Funding (a division of APIS) states on its website that  "At Fairfield Funding, customer service is our top priority and that is what makes Fairfield Funding #1. WE ARE A DIRECT FUNDER, and because of this we avoid the chain of brokers that will take their cut of YOUR money".

As stated on Dec 12, 2007  http://structuredsettlements.typepad.com/files/bentzen-funding-solutions-90-pct-blog-post-12-12-2007.pdf , and evident by her over the top public opposition to the structured settlement transparency intiative Bentzen  offers AND pays off structured settlement brokers who refer her business.

It is worth while pointing out the sheer hypocrisy of Rhonda Bentzen  for on December 12, 2007 (see the.pdf of her post) Bentzen snootily dismisses the "cash now guys" and as we've all just learned she is "in bed" with them. We also know that the company engages in or foments the practice of  "servicing"of  structured settlement payments (take on more or the periodic payments than the plaintiff is actualy selling and passes them through)
