Windows XP Is Sort Of Like Freddy Krueger

I couldn’t call it Jason Voorhees, ’cause I used him already for IE6. Anyway, Gizmodo reports that Windows XP will live on — long past its eXPiration date (heh heh) — well into 2010 on certain HP machines. (And not just netbooks, either.) Last June I prematurely wished XP a not-so-fond farewell on this very blog. Wishful thinking, I guess.
