: V.U.Lawcity - The Valpo Law Blawg"The Supremes"
By Beverly Burmeister
America's Supreme Court: An Unfinished Symphony by Richard H.W. Maloy reviews 182 cases decided by the Supreme Court from 1789 through 2005. He divides this time frame into four distinct "movements" with their own characteristics, as are most symphonic works. The fourth "movement" is still "unfinished." Maloy is Visiting Professor of Law at St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami.
These books are currently on the "New Books" display at the Law Library.
