Dems use Twitter; Republicans, AOL?

Here are two interesting (and very different) electoral maps I found today. The first one comes from AOL -- they conducted a straw poll, and called a landslide for John McCain. Some folks at SetFive put together a map which represents inputs from Twitter on how people are voting. On Twitter, it's Obama, in a similar landslide. Does this tell us anything about the technology people are using? An interesting idea to ponder. Oh yeah -- if you haven't already, get out and VOTE!
