Los Angeles-based Nossaman Guthner merged with Washington, D.C.-based O'Connor & Hannan today, adding 23 more lawyers and lobbyists.
The combined firm includes 150 lawyers and lobbyists and eight offices. The firm is changing its name today to Nossaman, except at the Washington, D.C. office, which is now Nossaman LLP/O'Connor & Hannan. A new logo and website will be launched today, The Recorder reported.
Both firms practice environmental law, government relations and infrastructure.
O'Connor & Hannan represents corporations, trade associations, nonprofit organizations and individuals in court and before the U.S. Congress and other federal departments and agencies. The firm specializes in legal and public policy issues.
Nossaman Guthner specializes in infrastructure,
civil litigation, land use, environmental work, property, water, health
care and public policy law. The firm represents
public-sector clients and private companies in transportation and real
estate development.
