New associates at Horvitz & Levy

Horvitz & Levy LLP has added Jason J. Jarvis and Andrea A. Ambrose to its team.

Mr. Jarvis previously worked for national law firms in Washington, D.C. and Boston, Massachusetts, and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Alice M. Batchelder of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He received his Juris Doctor and undergraduate degrees from Pepperdine University. While at Pepperdine, he served as the Managing Editor of the Law Review; interned for the Honorable Consuelo B. Marshall, United States District Court for the Central District of California; and served in the United States Department of Justice, Civil Division?s Appellate Staff as well as in the Office of the Solicitor General.

Ms. Ambrose is a former litigation associate at Latham & Watkins LLP, and a former judicial clerk to the Hon. Arthur L. Alarcon of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She obtained her J.D. with honors from the USC School of Law and her B.A. with honors from the University of California, Berkeley. While in law school, she served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Margaret Morrow of the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the Honorable Judith Ashmann-Gerst of the California Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division Two.
