Manatt Phelps & Phillips merged with San Francisco's Steefel Levitt yesterday.

The combined firm has 450 attorneys in California, New York and Washington, D.C. and operates under the name Manatt Phelps & Phillips,

The two firms share progressive cultures and focuses on complex business litigation, tax, nonprofit organizations, financial services, real estate, energy and natural resources, according to a Manatt press release.
