Louis Mezzullo elected secretary of ACTEC

Louis_mezzullo Rancho Santa Fe attorney Louis Mezzullo was named the secretary of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).

ACTEC is a national non-profit made up of 2,600 attorneys practicing trust and estate law. Mezzullo, a Luce Forward partner, focuses on taxation, employee benefits and estate and business succession planning.

He teaches estate planning at the University of Miami School of Law and chairs the American Bar Associations subcommittee on business planning, within the estate and gift taxes committee.
