As for the lawyers: Mark Collins of Richards Layton & Finger is general bankruptcy counsel, Howard Beltzer of Morgan Lewis & Bockius is co-counsel and Texas firm Gardere, Wynne & Sewell is also on the matter, according to Morgan Lewis.
