Matthew Sant and
Gregory Klein were named the co-chairs of Irell & Manella's emerging technologies group which provides legal and business advice to "innovative companies developing disruptive technologies," according to a firm press release.
Sant is a partner at the firm's Newport
Beach, Calif., office focusing on intellectual property and
private equity groups.
Klein is a partner at the firm's Los Angeles office focusing on private equity and venture capital transactions.
