Frank Ioppolo Jr. has launched a new law firm in Lake Mary called the Ioppolo Law Group.
Ioppolo Jr. previously had been a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig LLP?s Orlando office before leaving to serve as the chief operating officer and general counsel of Orlando-based MarketLeverage Interactive Advertising Inc.
?I?m looking forward to getting back into the practice of law full time, and I?m also looking forward to working with my dad, Frank Ioppolo Sr., former Walt Disney World general counsel and executive vice president of business affairs, who will provide senior executive business consulting services,? said Ioppolo.
ILG plans to focus its practice in business and transactional law, advertising law, Internet and technology law, and governmental affairs. The new firm also will offer business consulting, mediation and professional negotiation services
