Five new lawyers at Hawkins Parnell

Hawkins, Parnell & Thackston, LLP announced today the addition of five lawyers in its Los Angeles office.

Jacob Zuniga, Mark Hilliard, and Kelly McMahon have joined as members of the Business Litigation and Toxic Tort & Environmental Litigation Groups. Jason Irvin of Dallas and Alex Barfield of Atlanta have also joined the firm?s growing compliment of licensed California attorneys.

Jason Irvin is a trial attorney and member of the Toxic Tort & Environmental Litigation Group. He represents business clients in product liability, toxic tort, and business litigation. He is licensed in California, New Mexico, and Texas.

Alex Barfield is a member of the Labor & Employment Litigation Group. He represents management exclusively in all areas of labor and employment litigation and counseling. He is licensed in California and Georgia.

Mark Hilliard joins Hawkins Parnell as a member of the Toxic Tort & Environmental Litigation Group in Los Angeles. He has successfully represented Fortune 500 companies in all phases of product liability, mass tort, and complex commercial litigation. He is licensed in California.

Kelly Hagemann joins as a member of the Toxic Tort & Environmental Litigation Group in Los Angeles. She will focus her practice on the defense of toxic tort, environmental, and product liability litigation in California. She is licensed in California.

Jacob (Jake) Zuniga is a member of the Business Litigation Group in Los Angeles. He concentrates his practice on labor and employment issues, as well as commercial litigation matters. In addition, he also defends clients in product liability and personal injury litigation.
