Experiment to cut L.A. backlog in traffic cases could be used elsewhere

Six judges managed to hear 2,500 traffic cases last week, volunteering as part of an experiment to clear the backlog in traffic cases at Los Angeles County Metropolitan Courthouse. Presiding Judge Stephen Czuleger told the Metropolitan New-Enterprise that the program was a success and to expect similar approaches in other areas. read more
