: Lawyers and SettlementsMore E. Coli Outbreaks-What Can We Do About it?
ADVERTISEMENTS
Washington, DC: As we enter the summer months, we will start to see an increase in E. coli outbreaks and more cases of foodborne illness. Most of those cases will be related to the consumption of contaminated hamburger. The first outbreak, which is currently ongoing on Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Illinois, has already claimed the life of a 7-year-old and sickened many others. Valley Meats LLC has recalled almost 50 tons of ground beef implicated as the source of those illnesses.Full post as published by Lawyers and Settlements on May 25, 2009 (boomark / email).
