Botox Being Reviewed by FDA

Washington, DC: It is already known that long ago Botox was approved by the FDA to be used for cosmetic purposes. However, the FDA has also approved Botox for the treatment of serious medical conditions, especially in children who are stricken with cerebral palsy. But since there have been a number of complications such as paralysis and even death in children, the FDA is doing a review of the popular drug. The review comes amongst reports of Botox being used on children who were seriously ill.
