$41 Million Verdict Cut to Zero

By Glen Ashman

ADVERTISEMENTS

The Connecticut Law Tribune

The Connecticut Supreme Court has saved a contractor more than $41 million in liability to a construction worker who was left a paraplegic after a defectively welded girder fell on him.
