ADVERTISEMENTS
The Washington Post reports that Attorney General Holder will appoint a special prosecutor to investigate specific incidents of alleged torture by CIA employees and contractors. Details are emerging about the contents of two previously classified reports on interrogation practices, one from the CIA Inspector General and the other from the Justice Department's Office of Professional Responsibility.
