Freshmen Senators Will Get More Leadership Roles

This is for all those people that said we should re-elect incumbents simply because they're incumbents. The House Republican leadership sent a letter to incoming senators telling them that the new senators will elect from their own freshman class a member for the leadership table and two for the Steering Committee. This is a larger voice in leadership than previous freshman classes have had.
