For those of you still partying down in Palm Beach, Elena Kagan was confirmed by the Senate to be our 112th Supreme Court Justice.  The vote was 63-37, with one Democrat (Ben Nelson) voting against her and 5 Republicans (notably not including MA's Scott Brown) voting for her.
