: The Volokh ConspiracyDavid Thompson, Guest-Blogging
By Eugene Volokh
I?m delighted that my friend David Thompson will be guest-blogging this coming week about his and Michael Fertik?s new book, Wild West 2.0: How to Protect and Restore Your Reputation on the Untamed Social Frontier (for more on the book, see here). I know David from when he clerked for Judge Kozinski; since then he?s gone on to clerk for Justice Scalia, and to be general counsel at ReputationDefender (a company which was founded by his coauthor, who is also a lawyer and a former clerk for the great Judge Danny Boggs). I much look forward to David?s posts; I expect I?ll find some things to disagree with in them as well as some to agree with, but both the topic and the author should make the posts very interesting.
