: Jolly LawgerThings You Don’t Want To Hear On The Last Day Of Class.
By Steve Pirates
Faculty Support called me today and informed me that my Civ Pro professor contacted them to let me know that my ‘Answer’ for our pleading’s assignment wasn’t in my folder. This was annoying because I had in fact turned it in over a month ago.
The pleading assignment is worth about a sixth of our grade. And the Answer was about a fourth of that. So, I rushed over a new copy to them. So, hopefully I don’t get dinged on points for something that was not my fault. The prospect of losing points for something that you didn’t do is not the happiest thought going into finals.

The last class of the seminar on foundations of L&S today. It wasn't a terrible class, at all, but the class was strained to the hilt by the laboriousness of the readings, the occasionally stilted nature of the discussion, and the weird dynamics that pitted political scientist against economist against sociologist...
Alabama Wins Recruiting
When Saban signed the #4 player (and #1 WR) in the country, it jumped Alabama to #1 in almost everyone’s rankings. Now, you will hear people with poor recruiting classes saying things like “Recruiting ranking doesn’t matter”, and in a very strict sense, that’s true...
