Resource for Writing a Legal Memo (LS Tidbits #9)

By shell

ADVERTISEMENTS

In Tidbit #7, I provided a few tips for organizing cases.  However, a legal memo is very technical and requires a very logical structure.  If you are having trouble conceptualizing how the final product ought to look like, I would suggest checking out a book titled Just Memos:  (Legal Research and Writing), written by Laurel Oates and Anne Enquist.

Please check out the Tools page if you are interested in checking out other reference books.
