Milk

Dan went on a quick trip to the supermarket last night and bought a tiny chocolate cake for us to have after dinner. Then he went into the little wine shop attached to the supermarket. He stared at a few racks of wine and finally asked the woman behind the counter, "What goes well with chocolate cake?"

She said, "Milk."

Seriously, she didn't try to sell him anything in the store. He bought some white wine anyway, which I had with the cake, but he poured milk into his wine glass and claimed that it "paired well."

Today I finally submitted a motion and 20-page brief I've been working on for 2 months. It talks about the Constitution and stuff. Felt good.
