Mike Stark to SCOTUS!

This is our 10th Mike Stark post!Not sure how we missed this, but apparently at a Federalist Society lunch with Antonin Scalia, Mike Stark brutally attacked and beat the septuagenarian justice while screaming, "The constitution lives!"

Or not.  He did ask him about Bore v. Gush and got the same answer that made headlines a few weeks later.  

Then he blogged about it.
