Justice Scalia watching to much Boston Legal

By Rick

ADVERTISEMENTS

The Supreme Court today heard oral arguments for KSR v. Teleflex.  The justices commentary is quite funny, Justice Scalia calling the test “Gobbledygook!” and Justice Roberts weighing in with his 2 cents.  The WSJ has a quote, the transcript is here, and finally an analysis of the arguments.

Update: Jake Ward at Anticipate this has a nice post with severel quotes from oral arguments.
