CA Bar Prep - Day 34

By Athar Khan

ADVERTISEMENTS

Tried to catch up on sleep and ate relatively healthier — even went to the gym (twice!) to try and jump start myself.

Went through all the Contracts and Torts MBEs that I had missed and wrote out the law/rationale as well as the reason why I got them wrong. Of these questions, about 75% were wrong because I didn’t know the exact distinction of the law — a somewhat rational explanation. More annoying was the fact that for the other 25%, I simply didn’t read the question intelligently/carefully enough. So, that is something that I need to work on.

Spent the rest of the day entering Comm Prop flashcards into S/M.

Probably got about 6 to 8 decent hours out of the day.
