"Allowing" truckers to drink for longer periods of time. Finalized
Reducing employees' ability to use paid vacation or personal time for medical or family emergencies under FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act). Finalized
Speeding up oil shale development, including auctioning off drilling points along 3 national parks. Finalized
Allowing federally funded hospitals and clinics to refuse abortions on religious reasons.
Allowing loaded guns and concealed weapons into some national parks (currently they are only allowed if unloaded and safely stored).
Allowing confined animal feeding organizations to determine on their own whether they need a permit to discharge waste into water. Finalized
Denying or reducing federal funding for institutions unless they certify that they do not "advocate, promote or support the legalization or practice of prostitution", including HIV clinics and organizations that try to help victims of sex trafficking (which, by the way, would then only be allowed to help those who "are no longer engaged in activities that resulted from their being trafficked".
So much for worker's rights, the environment, safety and the separation of church and state. I'm too tired to think about all this anymore... Can't wait for Inauguration Day!!!
