Study Strategy:

1. Memorize definitions for torts and crimes.

2. Study rules for property and contract and improve reading speed.

3. Memorize flow-charts for Evidence and Criminal Procedure.

4. Memorize the rules for Con Law.

I am increasingly concerned about developing the essay for the MBE essay questions.  Will I be able to spot the issues and apply the correct rules?  Will I remember the exceptions to general rules and defenses?
