America's Next Top Baby

Becca had her 9 month appointmenta few days ago, where we learned that our supermodel baby is still really tall (2'5") but dropping to a lower curve in weight (18 lbs, 14 oz). I told her she's got to quit smoking and picking at her salads and she agreed as long as she didn't have to give up her Diet Coke habit.

Seriously, though, where did this giant baby come from? She can now eat Cheerios, beans, and peach slices on her own; today she drank formula from a double-handled sippy cup; and we bought her a lion push toy that helps her stagger across the living room, fully vertical. She's still clearly a baby, but sometimes I get glimpses of the toddler she's coming up on, and I think it's going to be a pretty fun time around here.
