I apologize for not being attentive to this blog, but as you will soon find out, I've had my reasons. Since moving, I started working at a new firm, which I first thought would be a great fit. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a terrible fit. I'm not one to shy away from work, but when a first year attorney is asked to take on the role of partner, associate, paralegal and legal secretary, well there's only so much work one person can do. I put in huge hours, only leaving work twice without having BILLED at least 8 hours. Apparently, this was not enough. For me though, I'd had enough, especially given the direction my boss wanted to go. So a mutual separation has been reached, and I am again on the job hunt. To be honest, I'm relieved, and look forward to finding a new place to work that will be a better fit.

Outside of work, my personal life has been really good. I don't really feel like elaborating, but if you haven't talked to me in a while and want to know what's going on, hit me up.
