The bad news for McCain? It looks like he's going to need to win Michigan to win the presidency. No easy feat, but it does look like he's leading there now.
Why do I say this? Simple math. Even if McCain holds Ohio, Florida, and flips New Hampshire, Obama will almost certainly flip Colorado, New Mexico, and Iowa to blue states this fall.
That makes a 269-269 tie, in which case the election would be thrown into the House of Representatives, where the Dems have a majority of the state delegations. McCain needs to 270 to win.
