Governor David A. Paterson vetoed a number of pending bills, including the following measures passed by the Legislature.

S.6832 Robach /A.9960 Abbate ? Allows arbitration of certain disciplinary grievances by unions representing Division of State Police investigators

S.8142 Rath/A.10644 Abbate ? Allows certain eligible members of the NYS teachers' retirement system to receive service credit for up to 200 days of unused accumulated sick leave
