I would like to inform our readers the Telecom Regulator has extended the deadline for submitting comments on consultation paper on ?Review of measures to protect interest of consumers in Telecom Sector? from 1st September to 15th September. The consultation paper deals with the interventionist measure through proposed regulations which the regulator wants to take on behalf of the consumers to address major consumer grievances especially unsolicitated commercial calls. I am sure many of our readers are tired of unwanted calls and sms so please send your comments at the following address.
