Tradetang Ripoff?

What rights do American consumers have when merchandise they purchased on Tradetang, that clearly illustrates American made products, is ripped off when what they actually receive are counterfeit knock-offs? I purchased 2 guitars on Tradetang from a merchant whose user name is wanglaoj117 and whose ad pictured a vintage Mosrite and Rickenbacker 370-12 guitars but what I received without warning after I placed an order for one of each were blatent substitutions that violate U.S. copyright infringement laws. The seller only will offer a partial refund and expects me to pay return shipping - on counterfeit merchandise? No Way!
