: GroklawNovell and SCO Agree on April 19th for Filing Findings and Conclusions

The parties have agreed to an extension of time until and including Monday, April 19, 2010, for filing their respective Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law. This Motion respectfully request that the Court so order.That is the complete text of the motion. The previous deadline for both of them to file was April 16, tomorrow, so this gives them the weekend to finish up.
