Ethiopia Website Questions

Dear sir

               I have planned to develop a e- commerce web site in Ethiopia.

My problem is:

1.       The website needs a payment method but most payment methods
work on Euro and US$ because it doesn?t have full service in Ethiopia.
Based on this, I would like to host one company in the US or EU then
register  those places in Ethiopia.

a.       How can I register those places if I am not a resident there?


b.      How can I pay sales taxes according to the sales results?
