Doug Masson has a fuller discussion of why they are increasing a href="http://www.masson.us/blog/?p=4427"here/a.br /br /I do want to mention that creditors need to get counsel that has both bankruptcy court and collection experience. I have that kind of experience but I limit my work to the Southern District of Indiana.Full post as published by Indiana Civil & Business Lawyer on December 17, 2008 (boomark / email).
