ESTONIA AND LATVIA ON THE WAY TO BECOMING VISA WAIVER COUNTRIES

DHS states in a press release that they should be in the Visa Waiver Program by year's end. This follows the announcement from last month that the Czech Republic would get this status as well. These are the first countries coming in under the new rules which provide special considerations for countries assisting in the war on terror.
