This morning at 10 a.m., the Court will announce orders; tomorrow, and possibly Wednesday, we expect one or more opinions to be issued. The Justices will meet for another private conference this Friday.
The final four cases of the Term will be argued this week according to the schedule below:
Monday, April 26:
- Hardt v. Reliance Standard Life Insurance Co. (09-448)
- Rent-A-Center v. Jackson (09-497)
Tuesday, April 27:
Wednesday, April 28:
- Doe v. Reed (09-559)
The petitioner’s merits brief is due on Friday in next Term’s case Michigan v. Bryant (09-150).
