: San Jose Divorce Law and Family Law Lawyer BlogNew Year and New Divorces
By James Chau

Apparently the issues that are often cited are that couples are reluctant to initiate anything during the holidays and hold in all their pent up frustration till the new year.
Also cited as an issue is that couples are forced to spend all the time together during the holidays, realize that they aren't right for each other. Unfortunately, this comes to the realization that a divorce is required to start anew.
