Announcement: Changes At Our Firm

I am pleased to announce the following changes taking place at our firm: 

• Ben Stevens and Paul MacPhail have agreed to separate their law practices, effective Monday, November 23, 2009.  We will make every effort to minimize the impact of this change on our respective clients.
• Mr. MacPhail has established his own firm, MacPhail Law Firm, LLC, which is located at 220 N. Church St., Suite 3, Spartanburg, SC 29306, and his new office number is (864) 582-4560.  You can learn more about his new firm here.
• Mr. Stevens will continue to be located at 1188 Asheville Highway, Spartanburg, SC 29303, and the firm will be known as The Stevens Firm, P.A., until January 1, 2010 (see below).
• Effective January 1, 2010, Mr. Stevens will join forces and merge his firm with Turnipseed & Brannon, with the new firm being known as Turnipseed, Brannon & Stevens.  After that date, Mr. Stevens will be located at 128 Magnolia Street, Spartanburg, SC 29306.  He can continue to be reached at his existing phone number (864) 598-9172 both before and after this merger.
