The Situationist blog has this collection of posts related to the "situation of legal ethics."  More generally, the site aims to critique the prevalent assumption that humans are rational actors and it suggests that within "the situation" there are causal factors we rarely recognize.    (Andy Perlman and I have written in that vein.)   The Situationist has at least three PR profs: Sung Hui Kim, David Yosifon, and Linda Hamilton Krieger.
