Ethics

That headline certainly catches one's attention.  In the appeal by accused pornorgrapher Ira Isaacs, the prosecutors have raised the possibility that the entire Ninth Circuit should recuse itself.  (I'd link to the Daily Journal article, but that newspaper hasn't yet learned about the internet.)  Prosecutors often float the possiblity of conflicts issues so that if they win they will be less likely to suffer a collateral attack due to an alleged conflict.  We'll see what happens here.
