: Dispatches from the Culture WarsMRFF Gets Threats -- From Michigan
By Ed Brayton
Mikey Weinstein of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation forwarded me an email he got from one of my fellow Michiganders, a jaunty fellow named Darren Naath. Last Wednesday, while MRFF was successfully lobbying the Pentagon to get an invitation to speak rescinded for Franklin Graham, son of Billy Graham, Naath sent an email to Mikey with the subject "Your website is going bye bye." The email said:
Your organization is not a department of the U.S. Government and I condemn you guys pushing Franklin Graham out of the National Day of Prayer. In fact, your organization is anti-American and isn't worth the pot that I would even piss in! But anyhow,,,piss on your organization.I'm creating an identical web-page to yours and am going to smear you guys on facebook and twitter.
Good Luck. LOL
